Robin Thicke Admits Marriage To Paula Patton Is Over

So sad! After months of trying to win back his estranged wife, Paula Patton, Robin Thicke has thrown in the towel after realizing that their marriage is officially over.

Robin Thicke, 37, and Paula Patton, 38, seemed like the perfect couple until questionable pictures of Robin surfaced where he is touching another woman. Since then, the ”Blurred Lines” singer has done his best to win his lady-love back, but has finally come to realize that their marriage is over.

Robin has done his best to convince Paula to come back. According to TMZ, the singer is now telling his camp that their marriage is over, just days after he listed their L.A home to be sold.

The site reports that, “Thicke is saying he will NOT be the one who files for divorce … she’ll have to do it.  But he says he’s done begging and is moving on.”

As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, “For as much as Robin is doing publicly to save his marriage, he is also working hard behind the scenes to show he wants the relationship to work,” an insider told us EXCLUSIVELY. “And he is also a wonderful father, which Paula appreciates most. She also likes the music directed towards her, but that alone will not save the marriage.”

Robin’s latest album, Paula, which was released on July 1, is full of ballad’s and love songs dedicated to his now estranged wife. He even released an extremely emotional music video for his song “Get Her Back” where the singer cries and twists his wedding ring — Poor Robin!

Following Robin’s extremely sexual 2013 VMA performance with Miley Cyrus, the singer was photographed grabbing a girls butt that was not Paula’s. Things seemed to be going well for the couple, until Robin was then seen almost kissing a woman while out at a club in Paris in January.

Shortly after, the couple announced to People that they were splitting. “We will always love each other and be best friends, however, we have mutually decided to separate at this time.”

The couple, who were married for nine years, share one child together, Julian Fuego Thicke. We are always sad to see couple’s split up, but hopefully for the sake of their son, these two will be able to remain friends.
